Identification Documents Required for Account Opening Application
Please submit identification documents according to any one of the following options.

- Submit any one of the documents in A
- Submit any two documents in B
- Submit any one of the documents in B and document D
- 【Those who are not a national of Japan】

- Submit any one of the documents in C and any one of the documents in B except for copy of passport
- Submit any one of the documents in C and document D
- Please note that identification documents cannot be returned.

- Either color or black-and-white copies are acceptable.
- Identification documents that state previous era names (e.g., Heisei, Showa) are also acceptable.
- Identification documents must provide proof of current address.
A Original identification document containing the current address (any one of the following)
B Copy of identification documents containing the current address (any two of the following, or any one of the following and supplementary document D)
C Those who are not a national of Japan (submit any one of the following and any one of the documents in B except for copy of passport, or any one of the following and document D)
D Original or copy of supplementary document containing the current address (submit an original or copy along with a copy of an identification document in B or C)
