Validity	Original or copy within six months from the date of issue or date of receipt
Notes	The receipt displays the applicant' s name, current address, and date of receipt. The receipt is addressed to the applicant. However, if a utility bill receipt addressed to the applicant is unavailable, a receipt addressed to a family member who lives with the applicant is acceptable (limited to family members with the same surname).

Attention

• Mobile phone and smartphone receipts are not accepted.
• Receipts must be mailed.
• Please note that the documents submitted cannot be returned.
• False identity information may be subject to punishment under the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds.
