Please note that it will take longer than usual to open an account and/or send your cash card if the application period includes Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, the New Year' s holiday, or the Bank' s other holidays, if the application is incomplete, or when account openings are congested.
The cash card will be delivered within five to seven days after identification documents have been sent from a smartphone.
