Customers who have completed Token registration
You have completed all the steps. Please login to access your account.
Customers who have not completed or are unsure if they completed Token registration
Token displays a one-time password that is needed to make a transaction. By completing Token registration, you can access the various services. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration.
Token App Registration
What you will need
Branch code, account number, and login password (temporary password)
- If you do not know your login password
- You will need to obtain a temporary password. For details, please see I have forgotten or Login Password I set when I applied to open an account has expired, so I cannot register Token app.

- STEP 01
Download and launch the Token app

- STEP 02
Read and agree to スマートフォンアプリご利用規約, then tap [登録を行う]

- STEP 03
Enter your branch code and account number by following the on-screen instructions

- STEP 04
Enter the login password you set when you opened your account. Your registration is complete.
*If you have been issued a temporary password, please enter the temporary password in the login password field.

*If a pop-up message like the one shown above appears during the registration process, please wait for your cash card to arrive to complete your registration.
